Our team has been working in the downsizing industry for several years now. We are both senior licensed realtors who are up to date with the current senior housing options available, whether in Mississauga, Oakville or Burlington. Not only are we specialized to work with seniors 55+ but we are also trained to work with their adult children to ensure that as Real Estate Agents, we have their parent’s best interests at heart.

Seniors Real Estate Specialist Designation: Through this designation, we have developed the business-building skills and resources for specialization in the 55+ real estate market by expanding our knowledge of how life stages impact real estate choices, fostering empathy with clients and customers and connecting to network resources.

Lifestyle55+ Certified: Through this designation, we have been highly trained to work as a consultant, side-by-side with you as our client and whatever other advisors you would like involved. As a F55+ agent, we have one specific goal: to help you come to the best decision for YOUR circumstances. It is our job, to help you understand your many different options. We guide you one step at a time, to make any transition you chose as stress-free as possible.  

Both designations keep us up to date with government regulations, local retirement homes and the current status of the real estate market. We are continually upgrading our skills and senior education. As well, we have a long list of qualified and exceptional specialists that we can recommend.
